Training

Thermex Thermatron, LP offers two separate in-house training seminars, Radio Frequency and Microwave.  These seminars are invaluable for managers, operators and service personnel and are offered at a nominal fee.  They are generally conducted once a quarter.  Participants receive individual training manuals and are presented with a certificate upon completion.

Topics covered in the seminars range from the fundamentals of high frequency heating to the details of troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of Radio Frequency and Microwave systems.

Generally, the Training Program is divided into the following sections:

1. Principles of Operation of the Equipment.
2. High Frequency Components and Circuits.
3. PLC Controls and Automation.
4. Fundamentals of Dielectric Heating.
5. Set-up and Operation of the Equipment.
6. Personnel and Equipment Safety.
7. Troubleshooting and Maintenance.
