RF Heat Sealer Replacement Parts and Accessories

Thermex Thermatron, LP strives to maintain a complete line of replacement parts and equipment up-grades for your Thermatron Radio Frequency Heat Sealers and accessories.  However, over the last 65 years, Thermatron has manufactured numerous types of Radio Frequency Heat Sealers.  These Thermatron machines are so well constructed that many have been in daily use for more than 40 years.  We suggest that you keep a small inventory of parts on hand and request a “Recommended Spare Parts” list for your specific machine.

It is essential to upgrade the older machines.  We have up-grade kits available for most of the RF systems on the market.  These upgrade kits can help increase an older machine’s reliability i.e., converting from obsolete vacuum tube rectifier technology to modern solid-state rectifiers.

Over the past several years we have rigorously pursued methods of reducing the cost of replacement parts whenever and wherever possible.  The result is a reduction in cost to our customers of between 10% and 40% for many parts.
