Thermatron carries an impressive line of standard RF heat sealers suitable for almost any application.  There are applications however when a system needs to be specifically designed for it.  For over 65 years Thermatron has been manufacturing RF heat sealing machines, a lot of these machines are standard models, many are custom designed for specific applications.

We can offer Radio Frequency Power Generators from 1.2 kW up to 40 kW and presses up to 100 tons including heated plates, cooled platens, manual operations to fully-automated systems with our PLC-controlled quality feedback monitoring.
