Paul has over 25 years experience in developing new business opportunities in advance composite manufacturing applications. He combines a broad knowledge of advance materials with specific experience in Microwave and RF heating of advance composite components. Paul works with customers of Thermex Thermatron, LP to identify product benefits and cost savings that can be achieved in manufacturing applications such as: thick wall ballistic structures, preheating in pultrusion applications, production of composite spar caps for wind turbines, and the molding of high temperature thermoplastic continuous fibers.

John brings to Thermex Thermatron, LP's customers 33 years of process engineering and manufacturing experience with glass, precision materials and lighting operations. Applying Microwave and RF technologies to existing operations aimed at increasing production and reducing manufacturing costs is John’s main focus. His broad experience allows him to look for potential improvements from every angle to determine how microwave and RF can enhance your process and products.
Dr. Milt Mathis

Milt is an expert in microwave process technology, materials characterization and microwave-materials interactions. He has spent 17 years using Microwave on a wide variety of industrial materials, including oxide and non-oxide ceramics, glass, paper and textiles. Milt works with Thermex Thermatron LP's customers in developing strategies and techniques to implement microwave processing in an industrial manufacturing environment. His experience in industrial research and development provides our customers a valuable resource in using microwave in manufacturing to achieve cost reductions, increased throughput and increased process efficiency.
